"The actual property itself was ok not particularly comfortable for a family of four.The area is quiet though but steep as yiu can expect in Cornwall. There was no welcome pack and communication was non existent and therefore rating the whoke experience terrible. "

"This is a beautiful property in a good area. Highly recommend. 15 minutes walk to town centre, harbour in front of building with lovely walk. Bedrooms are spacious, as well as all other areas of this large two floor flat. Would definitely return again."

"Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block."

Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank.
