"For a small business hotel, it's pretty good in general. A few things could be improved, I asked for fresh towels, they keep. Re folding the towels and putting them back. At least one bottle of water per day in the room would be nice. There was no safe in my room. The food menu in the rstsursnt is very limited and never changes, it would be good to have some daily specials. The pizza was awful raw dough. I asked to cook it more and the top was burned but still raw dough inside :( staff were all very friendly and helpful and most spoke English pretty well. "

"property is like new. my room small and no desk. I asked and got a table and chair. Restaurant food was prepaired at the order time and excellent. Night view of the city lights added to the experience. Staff and restaurant staff friendly. The area of city center is run down which predominates La Paz but the hotel makes up for it."

"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. Since before I check in they made sure to have a portable heater for me. Very clean. The lady housekeeping lady was nice. Feels secure place. Location very central."
