"it had a rating of 8.0 the room was a 5 at best. bed was tilted to one side. towels were grey and dingy. as were the linens. there was a dirty foot print in the tub. we didn’t even stay our second night, which we had prepaid."

"The live music is nice but doesn't stop until 10pm so be forewarned. The staff was great. Tiki hut restaurant is so unorganized and chaotic and the food is alright. Drinks are alright. But for the price and location it's really good. I would stay there again just make different food choices."

"Didn’t like that I got there at 1:45 and they wouldn’t let me in a room even though I know many rooms were clean and ready. If a room is ready and someone has been traveling - let them in a room. "

"This Omni didn’t wow me like other hotels around the same price point. You’re really just paying for the beach access and pools, not spectacular facilities and staff. We weren’t given a room until 5pm, so we had to wait around for an hour past check-in time. The Prime restaurant food and staff were terrible, definitely not worth the money. "

"Pools, beach, spa, all excellent; however, guests go up two flights of stairs to the lobby. Out front is just a circular drive for drop off. So every time you go to the car it is up and down stairs, including taking your luggage. Not really for seniors. It was not the usual lobby to say the least."
