Well, to start with the ice machine was out of service. They did give me a plastic bag with ice in it. Next, there was a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. Great hotel. Just expensive onsite at casino. No options for complimentary non alcoholic beverages like most casinos. Also the parking lot is extremely far from the actual hotel. Difficult if you have a lot of luggage.
