"The bed was comfortable and the rates were very reasonable. Our window had a really nice view of the waterfront. We were in the A wing first floor which was a walk from the lobby area. Our bathroom needed serious updating and everything clogged frequently - the sink, the toilet, the shower! They told us that there was a backlog of maintenance requests so we didn’t even bother putting in an order during our stay. The staff were available and seemed professional. I thought the site said there would be free breakfast, but this was not the case. It was $16.95 all you can eat buffet style. "The hotel is beautiful. Our friends room wasn’t ready as it was a very busy weekend which wasn’t ideal as we were going to a concert. Showers were amazing tho, great pressure and soap brand smelt like the spa. "
