The staff was very friendly. Upon arriving in our room the sofa was stained and ripped as well as the combetter and the sheets had stains on them. The sink in the bathroom had a crack. Asked to change rooms and they did but they also double charge me for the room. After Two days after my stay When I got home I had to call them and had it fixed.
The woman working the breakfast area was not helpful at all. Let her know that the coffee was empty and she said she wasn’t worried about filling it. Would really have liked real plates, bowls and silverware. Paper just is not nice.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Had a nice stay with them. The breakfast was included in my stay and had some uniquely seasoned hash brown potatoes. Enjoyed the stay.
Newly updatexd, clean, staff very nice. Negative they only have maid service every three days.

Room & general areas were clean. Breakfast area was well stocked. But bed was lumpy and walls paper thin (could hear people late night and early morning).

The property was tired but generally clean and comfortable. Check-in was friendly and efficient.
The problem was a power outage around 2am. These things happen of course and it's not the fault of the hotel but my concern was the lack of preparation for such an event. There was no working emergency lights or backup generator to run them. The entire hotel was pitch dark; no exit lighting and no way to find your way out during an evacuation. I carefully made my way to the hotel lobby and found that all emergency lights were inoperable and the front door was frozen closed and locked as well. The night manager was at the desk and was doing what he could but the building was a fire trap. He was trying to call the general manager; hopefully he later came in and helped. This situation is probably illegal and if we had been in a fire or active shooter or any mass evaluation event we would have risked unnecessary death due to the hotel condition. IMO Expedia should not be involved with hotels that don't meet basic safety protocols.
The power came back on around 930 am or so. The hotel staff put things back together quickly. The breakfast was excellent.
Obviously we would not stay here again.

Overall it was a very good stay. Great breakfast options. A few items needing fixing: slow drain tub, broken gauge on iron, I’m not recalling the last item.
Our rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The location was convenient for dining and shopping. I would not hesitate to stay again.
I used your star system to rate this place. I'm not writing a review.
