The hotel was good, the staff super cool. Only what I didn't like is the breakfast, there should be more variety and no limit, at least because breakfast is included.

I loved the staff and room service, its first class. The housekeepers do their best to clean, accommodate, or help in any way. Unfortunately the hotel is dated and needs more maintenance; like paint, better cabinets, needs cooking equipment. But the staff do their best to make you feel at home. The breakfast is amazing but is the same breakfast every way.
The luches and dinners are super economical and amazingly complete and tasty.

Estadía en Cali

Un hotel no familiar, por lo que está más dirigido a negocios. El desayuno muy regular, pues básicamente fue el mismo durante los 4 días de estadía. Ruido desde las 5am desde la cocina. Debe remodelarse algo, pues ya se ve muy viejo.

Absoluta insatisfacción

Mi grado de inconformidad es muy alto dado que al llegar al hotel no había reservación sino para solo una de las 3 habitaciones confirmadas a través de hoteles.com y vía telefónica. Nunca se hizo efectiva la reservación de las 2 habitaciones triples. Nos acomodaron en una quintuple con un area bastante reducida con un solo baño. El desayuno dejó mucho que desear, un restaurante muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes allí alojados, debimos desayunar afuera. Una muy mala experiencia que genera el deseo de no volver a utilizar la plataforma ni el hotel. No recomendaría estos servicios para nada.

Experiencia Hotel La Roosevelt

En general todo estuvo bien. Sin embargo hubo un detalle incómodo a la hora de hacer el pago de la reserva realizado por hoteles.com dado que la persona en recepción no conocimiento en el tema, sugirió que cancelara mi reserva y quería cobrarme un cargo adicional, lo cuál estaba incluido en el costo de la reserva. En ese proceso perdí una hora. Tampoco informó que iba a llamar al encargadado de esa área hasta que llegó. Finalmente respetaron la reserva, pero no ofrecieron una disculpa por el tiempo de espera e inadecuado manejo del servicio al cliente. El desayuno estuvo regular al estar todo frío. Por otro lado la ubicación y habitación estuvo bien. En general volvería a hospedarme en el hotel.

Por mejorar y para tener en cuenta.

Estuvo aceptable el servicio, aunque hubo situaciones que no me gustaron: al pedir toalla adicional me dieron una toalla rota y deteriorada. Uno de los trabajadores de la recepción me dijo un precio que incluía los impuestos, y cuando me entregaron la factura al final de la estadía era un costo menor al que ya había pagado, pero ya había cambiado el turno. Se me quedó el estuche de unas gafas y al comunicarme con la administración me dijeron que no habían encontrado nada en mi cuarto, algunos elementos del cuartos estaban deteriorados como soportes de la dicha, Y por último, la cama tenía una especie de recubrimiento plástico que no dejó descansar bien durante la estadía.

Room was a studio apartment type with aircon, cooker and fridge (cupboard had crockery, cutlery and pots and pans plus blender and coffee maker), so made most of this facility. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and breakfast was very nice
