had to follow-up in-person request for emailed bill. charge for incidentals deposit still pending 4 days after check-out. recommend adding breakfast $10/2 persons when booking; otherwise $21 over-priced. appreciated airport shuttle, especially 10pm arrival. staff friendly

The best hotel in Calgary! The rooftop hot tubs make it all worth it. They’re a great temp and are open late. We always stay up here for hours. The last few times, the elevators were kind of scary.
