The issue that I have goes back to my original booking with another third party site. This hotel failed to help me resolve the issue and actually exacerbated it by washing their hands of the whole thing. The “General Manager” at this location was rude, disrespectful and quite frankly confrontational. They will never stay at this hotel again. Good luck on getting any support from the hotel if you have an issue with a third party booking site. It’s not their problem

Suite was clean and modern. Staff were excellent. Id stay here again for sure. Two suggestions though. If there is a kids hockey team staying dont put a couple who would like a quiet evening on the same floor. Also, it would be nice if your tvs allowed casting. Otherwise, a fine hotel.
