"The apartment was perfect for our family - multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen that was well equipped. Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas - providing a chance to experience the local culture yet just a short walk to the metro making it easy to get around the city. "Room was a bit dusty, but you could tell , room were cleaned, maybe the location with the hotel.staff is really great. The shops the public transport is nearby. It’s a great location for the hotel. I really enjoyed my time except for the dust I don’t know. Maybe I could see more because of the tiles are black and it’s easier to notice small particles of dust other than that, everything was great. Bit surprised they charge you for the snacks you find in your hotel, my first time experiencing this "

"Such a disappointing stay. At check in the room wasn’t ready and I was asked on which floor I preferred to stay, without specifying that there would be a difference in the fare. No information was given on breakfast timings and location, spa access and other practicalities. Staff were polite but not warm, as if they didn’t care. I chose a room with “city view” which turned out to be looking at a building site. It is unacceptable to charge a “view” on it, at least until it is completed. SPA access is not free. It is charged extra and even though I was prepared to pay, nobody mentioned the opening hours, so I could not go. The location is also not great and is dirty and with very little outside. Unfortunately the positive sides are overshadowed by the whole general negative experience. A real disappointment from such an establishment. "

"Very well located on a main street, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Metro station very close by. 10 - 15 mins walk to the Cathedral. 20 mins roughly to La Rambla. A modern hotel, with large clean rooms and walk in showers. Nice big restaurant serving great breakfasts (lots of choice). Also serve evening meals. Pleasant, helpful staff. Very good value. Would definitely stay there again."
