As fotos não era o mesmo quarto que ficamos.

O anúncio não condiz com as fotos, haviam fotos de vários quartos e na página de fechamento mostrava fotos de um quarto bem melhor do que ficamos, do mais correu tudo bem, só mesmo essa ressalva, muitas fotos de vários quartos mas cada um estava em um nível diferente de conservação e nós ficamos no pior.

O quarto era bom. O ar condicionado estava com cheiro de mofo, isso para mim e minhas filhas foi muito ruim. No segundo dia nem liguei-o. Estacionamento ok. Localização ótima. Apesar do ar condicionado, eu voltaria e recomendo.

O lugar mais péssimo que já fiquei na minha vida , no site não me informaram que não teria lençol, toalha , pano de prato , nada de nada, uma tv que não pega , um Wi-Fi que não chega sinal , eu estou completamente decepcionado porque escolhi esse lugar com todo carinho para passar os únicos dias de ferias que eu teria esse ano e foi um show de horror, a decepção me consome. Não indico até porque não quero que passem o horror que eu passei.

Foi tudo tranquilo. Faltou somente avisar, quando da reserva, que não estava incluido roupa de cama. Esse serviço era prestado por terceiros, que na ocasião não tinham disponibilidade para atendimento. Quanto ao pessoal da recepção, apesar da grande quantidade de pessoas pra serem atendidas, não faltou simpatia e disposição. Deixo aqui meu agradecimento a todo pessoal do Di Roma V.

Adorei o local, os funcionários muito educados. O sinal de Wi-fi não estava funcionando de forma alguma e o fogão elétrico não me ajudou muito, tive que me socorrer com o microondas. Sugiro também colocar nos apartamentos pelo menos um rodo para que possamos limpar.

Muito boa, apesar das informações do site dizer que alguns itens não faziam parte do pacote, quando chegamos lá eles estavam disponíveis. As condições do local estavam ótimas, com exceção do sofá que precisaria de uma lavada. Recomendo a unidade utilizada.
