"I booked an oceanfront room with a jetted hot tub, when I arrived at the hotel I was put in an ocean view room and did not look like the picture from Hotels.com. When I questioned the front desk, they were very pleasant and said they checked for an oceanfront room when I checked in but everything was booked. It was less money but I would have preferred the room in the picture. I’m not sure if it’s Hotels.com advertising the wrong room or the Hotel itself. Overall it is a nice hotel and the staff...

"Nice accommodations at a great price. Clean and sanitary. Pleasantly surprised there was a full kitchen in the place (not as listed). Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony. "

"This is the second time we have stayed here. Excellent location. Very quiet and enjoyable. Just steps away from the beach. The only issue I had this year was the room we had was not as clean I would have liked. I had to vacuum myself and the liens were stained. Other than that the stay was great. "

"We had a great stay. Unit was on the 22nd floor, with amazing views of the beach & surrounding neighborhood. Unit was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator was so fast, it was surprising how quickly it got us from the ground floor. The only difficulty we had was with parking & check-in. They have a Large Vehicle parking area, but small cars would frequently park there instead of the available parking deck. We had a difficult time finding the rental office. Once we did, we had to...
