"They had an outstanding staff, including a very impressive and skilled entertainment team (shows both kids and adults activities). Their friendliness, talent and energy made all the difference. "We booked this 4* property on the basis it had 5 outdoor tennis courts. It actually had no tennis courts. Manager refused to speak with us or provide refund when we checked out for another hotel that did have tennis courts onsite. Extremely bad service"
