A beautiful boutique hotel approx a 10 minute walk from Ciutadella. The staff were also super friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The small pool and outdoor space were great to relax. A truly special hotel to say the least. On arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the receptionist with such warmth, and given a tour around the hotel and given as much information as possible about our stay there as well as recommendations of where to go on the island. The room was cleaned and replenished every morning meaning after an exhausting day out we could come back and relax in a refreshed room. Amazing place, loved it

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Ida on reception was so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much. We felt like we had known her forever so kind and helpful. We will be back soon.

Lovely room, aesthetically pleasing clean and just perfect for me and my teenage kids. Location also great. We had a car little tricky with the chargeable parking but once the app was downloaded it made it easier. We were advised there was free parking on roads behind but basically impossible to find. Paula was friendly and helpful. Location excellent, near to town centre, quiet and safe area. Room was comfortable, though toilet had musty smell sometimes. Garden terrace great for relaxation.

The hotel location was excellent (5 min walk to edge of the old town) and lots of free parking close. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful and polite. We didnt have breakfast but there are numerous options all within a few minutes walk.

This hotel is beautiful very relaxing super stylish. The staff are truly lovely our room would have been fine for a one or two night stay but it was just to hot. We thought the air con was not working. When we ask to be shown how to work the air con they explained it was on winter settings but it was far to hot for us to sleep. Hotel Casa Miranda is very well located and the property is beautifully renovated. Rooms are calm and simple, yet stylish. There was a fridge and kettle in the room and Rituals cosmetics which was a nice touch.

Great base to explore the island, from talayotic rocks/ monuments to secluded beaches, all can be easily accessed. Very walkable city, offering a great selection of restaurants, gin tonic bars, tapas bars. Affordable. The "Little Black Book" with recommendations for the island is invaluable, as are the recommendations from the lovely host. Spanish helpful.
