A beautiful boutique hotel approx a 10 minute walk from Ciutadella. The staff were also super friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The small pool and outdoor space were great to relax. A truly special hotel to say the least. On arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the receptionist with such warmth, and given a tour around the hotel and given as much information as possible about our stay there as well as recommendations of where to go on the island. The room was cleaned and replenished every morning meaning after an exhausting day out we could come back and relax in a refreshed room. We had a fantastic stay at Son Granot hotel, Miguel, Mario and Ximena and all the staff were so welcoming to us and were happy to help with anything we needed. This is a lovely b&b located just out of a small town (close enough to walk), the pool was perfect for the warm weather!! The room had everything you needed and breakfast was delicious. We also visited the restaurant at the bottom of the drive which was delicious and would recommend (Pulau). We hope to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at ARTIEM Apartments in Mahón. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and in a great location, but the real highlight was the staff, particularly Andrea and Paula. They genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference. The check in was easy and smooth. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was superbig and they change sheets every day. The only thing I didn't like is that we had to call to enter if it was later than 12am (even though they opened quite quick)

It was lovely room with the specious bathroom, host was amazing and responded very quickly to any queries. Terrace and kitchen needs a little upgrade but the rest was great.
