"The property was clean. Staff was responsive and helpful answering any questions. My only issue is personal. I have a sore back from a previous injury. That being said, the mattress was not the best. Overall it was a good experience though."

"It was a joy to be there for it had everything including real cups and saucers with spoons! No paper cups, which I appreciated. Plus live bamboo in the room and more than adequate bathroom products including new tooth brushes. Real art and prints on the wall that gave it a very Asian- European flair. Lovely"

"Fantastic staff, we loved it all except the size of the bathroom and the internet service. The bathroom had barely room for your knees and the shower barely fit my husband who is 230 lbs. Seriously, there was hardly room to turn around in it. And, then there is T-mobile which didn’t help trying when the wifi was useless. When we left we heard someone else telling the manager about the internet. I could hear the manager say that she took it seriously. It may have been that a router needed to be reset. The Brauhaus was hopping on Saturday night and we returned on Sunday night for dinner as well. We had a fun time!"

"Our stay was nice and the staff was friendly. The resort had beautiful grounds and lots of things for kids to do. The room was spacious, but it could use some updating. I did not like that there was no refrigerator in the room. I would go back though."
