"Everything was great, starting from housekeeping Ashrif, to the receptionists Ahmed and Medhat. As well as the breakfast area servers , also security guards. Staff in general were polite and friendly. All in all was perfect, my Father and myself do enjoy our stay a lot. Will definitely stay here ..."

"flight was at 5am the next day, so it was very convenient to stay at this hotel the night before. free 24/7 shuttle that runs every half hour was great."

"Property was great.. first room had to be an ex smoking room.. they moved us and it was very nice but needed to be updated . Issue with shower/tub did not drain and couldn’t get someone to look at or fix after 3 tries. General food was good but the high end steak house was so so. Would book a different ..."
