Every one was great. The room was good and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent.
Excellent hotel for the price. My room and bathroom were clean. A great breakfast was included. The receptionists Aya, Mai and Nagham were very friendly and courteous. The area is smack in the middle of downtown Cairo. For US$ 30 a night my stay was excellent.
Facilities are in need of investment and the walls and carpet are stained. However, the sheets were good, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. The hotel is a budget option but serves its purpose.
We stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2025 for 3 nights.
It is the perfect location if you’d like to walk around.
The pictures posted on this add don’t make it justice.
The room we stayed in was fully renovated and the street noise was barely noticeable. You’d be pretty much in downtown, we walked to the Egyptian museum, took the subway and walk around without any issues. Breakfast is delicious. It features a bar and the restaurant is small but very comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Disliked: Cleanliness
We paid for Suit superior and we've got the worse ever hotel room in our history of traveling, full of dust, mold, dirty walls, furnitures, and carpets, etc, etc.
We complained at the reception and they changed it to a better one, still we had to clean it at our convenience. Other than that just average, staff was friendly
AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU HATE SMOKING. I stayed in a non smoking room in this hotel. I was surprised to smell smoke coming into the room like there is someone is smoking inside. I called the reception and they stated that they cannot control that because the rooms next to me is a smoking room. Obviously they don’t have air tight windows and smoke comes in from windows. They need to isolate the smoking room areas from the non smoking and they need to make their windows and doors air tight.
Worse hotel ,not clean no shower doors most furniture are broken most doors not close very we AC DOES NOT WORK WE HAD TO CHANGE OUR ROOM FOUR TIMES BECAUSE OF WATER LEAKING AND AC …..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL I RATED ZERO RATE …
I honestly expected less being a 2 star hotel but they far extended my expectations with owesome breakast served till 10 am and the excellent staff. I gave 4 stars only because the bathroom floor is not slanted which caused for water to spread all over bathroom when showering to drain behind the toilet instead..Major safety issue that i had to remedy by placing towels on the floor not to slip..
On my trip this was one of the worst hotels. No hot water (I complained several times nothing happened). Rooms were mouldy, smelled terrible and beds had bed bugs. Lifts constantly broken. No windows but small opening which dust just poured in from exhaust pipes outside. Only upside was breakfast.
Unfortunately, the hotel is looks like hotel. It does not have the hotel features mentioned online. The rooms are worn out and the bathroom is bad. There is a problem with the sewage drainage. There is no hot water on the first day at all, but on the second day, the hot water came for only a few hours. There is no heating in the room and we are in the first month,I spent my night shivering. The internet service is weak in the rooms and average in lobby .
the breakfast is okay. The cleanliness is not good and the bed is bad.Noise everywhere outside
