Good location in the touristy Grassmarket area. Simple standard rooms that mostly fit our needs. Breakfast was served in adjacent bar. Road construction while we were there threw off the vibe though.

Convenient for Edinburgh Airport, 5 minute walk to the terminal building. Friendly staff at check in. Room modern and clean, good sized shower. Only downside was the heating system.
