"Staff very friendly. Thank you. Room with sea or river view is very nice."

"I had a great stay at the Hotel Royal Beitou. The hotel is a short walk from the metro, the property is well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly. It's an easy walk to Beitou Park, and in the evening I enjoyed relaxing in a comfortable and clean room with my personal soaking tub with hot natural spring water. I will book again when returning to Beitou!"

"Staff very helpful. Hot springs excellent Recommend for everyone"

"乾淨客房、但服務人員引導不足（如電視機配對使用指引、電動車充電樁位置），讓人稍嫌可惜。"

"Clean rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast fantastic location "

"It is a vey nice hotel. The only thing I do not understand is why the last entry for the breakfast is 9:00am. That is very unusual while we can stay inside the restaurant until 10:00am. The 9:00am is a bit early for those who are on vacation especially Taipei is full of night activities. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hot spring available inside the room is nice especially if you love to lie down in the bathtub to enjoy the moment of relaxation."

"The towels are old and the threads falls off. They needed to be replaced with newer towels."

"Our favorite hotel! Really enjoy soaking good quality hot spring in our own room, with views of mountains, Hot spring tub is lined with natural stone. The shower and bath area is good size and super clean! Will definitely come back to stay."

"I would certainly recommend this hotel for the fantastic stay and very close to MRT station and they also had food amenities in the second floor."
