This hotel is dirty and old. The moment we walk inside, i can smell the uncleanliness of this property.

The room smelled of mold and didn't even have a window, which was odd... The back ofthe door had mold on thrm and in between the beds smelled like a urine filled toilet. The staff were friendly and the shower actually had hot water and is the only reason i didnt give it a one!

Bad, bad and old

The hotel's location is an overcrowded area. Parking lot is an unkept & unpaved space through a narrow alley--insufficient spaces for guests. Room has no fridge, has extremely weak A/C unit. Mosquitoes are temporary roommates. Understaffed facility. Customer service representative is uninterested. Lobby is noisy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

a small stain on a bedsheet which was probably there before,made the receptionist charge me circa the price of one more night. also i had rat sized cockroaches in my shower. ice cold shower. tv doesnt work.bad wifi.good breakfast

Hotel over all ok, nr 1. no hot water at all the time, 2. problem order food from restaurant during Christmas and New Year, (close early or not open at all ) 3. the worst part rats in room after complains thy install traps in room, 4. Elevator not working most of the time

nice hotel... food is good..

hotel is clean..we were surpirsed with their food servings for a cheaper price its already more tyan enough... staff so far were okay.. accomodating.I recommend this hotel..

Not nice

Humid.. the aircondition is not functioning well. The room was not cleaned. When we came back in the evening on our second day, the room was still the same. Cleaning was not done, though was informed the front desk. There's a mice roaming around the corner of the room. Lastly, the room is not sound proof. At 10pm we can still hear noises coming from the other rooms, lika dragging of charirs, children running and banging of doors. On the positive side, the location is good.

They try to charge me twice they were very unhelpful when I want to find something to be delivered to the room I thought the front desk clerk was rude would not recommend this to anybody
