This is not for people who seek luxury but a solid, simple but authentic CDO beach resort experience. It is about value here. The price is so reasonable and what you get is more than fair. The food in the restaurant is consistent! Try the Sinuglaw!

I didnt know what to expect but i realpy enjoyed my stay here. I arrived on Friday night and they had music playing and a buffet available which was very good quality with many options.The staff was great and the room was a good size with balcony overlooking the ocean. The location is right on the beach and a short walk from local eateries. Highly recommend!

Overall, the customer service was friendly and accommodating, and the staff made an effort to assist us throughout our stay. However, there are several areas that need improvement for the property to truly feel like a resort. Room cleanliness should be more thorough. The floors appeared to need both vacuuming and mopping, and we noticed hair and sand residue on the floor and around the shower area even though the room was ready for check-in. The biggest concern involved my parents’ room. They found crawling insects on the floor and bed, and insect repellent was sprayed while they were still inside the room. My mother is very sensitive to strong chemical scents, so we ultimately had to send her home and cancel the remainder of her reservation. This could have been handled much more safely. There is also no elevator, which can be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. The food itself was good, but service was slow. We waited around 45 minutes, and most of our meals arrived cold even though we were the only customers dining at the time. The property has potential, especially because of the friendly staff, but cleanliness, food service, accessibility, and guest safety need improvement to provide the resort-level experience guests expect.

They really take care of me and let's me relax and the food is great. Pool water is clean and the ocean view is nice. Outside breakfast in the morning perfect time. When i return to the Philippines I will stay at apple 🍎 tree again and again .

The locations was good, the sunsets were amazing. But resort is very tired and run down. The room had major issues. The TV was old and the picture was horrible. The phone didn't work. The food in the restaurant was cold, until I requested it be warmed up. The reason for the 3 rating instead of lower was it's only a 3 star hotel

Great pool, staff and location.Rooms need updates

First the staff are amazing. good food too. Pool area is beautiful. Beach out front a nice swim. Watch for glass etc on this beach, I had my heel cut while looking for shells for my daughter. But guard helped me and then pool attendant cleaned and bandaged my foot. Lanai room on ground floor very tired furniture with broken frame on sliding door, ants galore. If ww stay again we will ask to have renovated room. We purchased two rooms the extra for family guests. They were on second floor and say there were not ants in the room.

We love this place, the food is super delicious, thanks to their chef and the whole crew. The pool and views r very relaxing. Over all great experience if you want to relax and chill. We will definitely be back again with the whole fam.

An older property but very well groomed and maintained. Friendly staff and excellent hot breakfast with numerous choices of food items. Fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices, hot coffee is always a plus when sunrise is at 545am. Thank you for the hospitality!

Room service was hit and miss. One day the room wasn’t touched. The next we had to request it. Another they cleaned it but left no towels or toilet paper. The incudes breakfast was very very good, no complaints there. Staff are very friendly regardless of room service issues
