However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. "Property is beautiful. Checking in was a disaster. Restaurant was mediocre at best. Breakfast was a horrible experience. Kept moving to different rooms every morning. Had dry cereal but no milk. Waffle maker but no butter for waffles. Only had orange juice and/or apple juice. On one of the three days. Powdered eggs and sausage were cold every day. "

"Room was clean but a bit small. We suspect it was because it was next to the elevator shaft which may have subtracted floor space in the room. The entrance inside the room was basically a 10 foot hallway...useless space for the room functions. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good."

"Rooom 128 A/C didn't work very well, but with pressing the reset button on the wall outlet it eventually turned on. Didn't keep the room very cool, but it was cold outside so didn't matter too much. Staff was very friendly."
