"Pictures on Expedia show both older & renovated suites … we got the older rooms… first day spent switching, upgrading rooms & ended up paying more $$$ for renovated rooms that didn’t smell moldy… disappointing from Expedia…"

"Excellent hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Rooftop pool was great and heated, with a fantastic view. There were 5 in our party and we had 3 connecting rooms which worked out great. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and rooms with kitchen are modern and well designed. Hotel has electric bikes to borrow which was also nice. Located next to a busy street, so our room was a little noisy. Hotel restaurant was very good, but was closed part of our stay despite being listed as open. There is quick access out to Plaza Mijares, but that was also closed part of our stay, which requires a long walk around the block to reach the plaza. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Muchas gracias! "

"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location right off the plaza with a helpful front desk staff. Pool + jacuzzi with a bar. The restaurant breakfast was good and there is seating indoors and outdoors. I wish the coffee was better, but there are lots of coffee options nearby. My lovely room was cleaned daily. Totally recommend the fantastic on-property spa."
