"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"There is zero management to speak to and no way to even speak.or meggage them crazy the bed had sperm and qubic hair on the bed and poor staff zero ability to do anything about so booked another hotel across the road , the room 300 had been used ! Some told me this is 4th a situation had happened and believed it a staff or shop worker etc as door are left open whilst not in use ! I will taking this expedia directly "

"Anfitriã Luana é maravilhosa, receptiva , empática, super solicita. O café da manhã foi muito bom, com tudo que precisamos para começar um passeio : o bolo de limão siciliano pintado à mão foi um detalhe de carinho à parte. Sobre a infraestrutura, não tem TV, mas não fez a menor diferença. Tem Wi-Fi e ouvimos música. O local está em reforma ,mas não atrapalhou nossa estadia. Local silencioso...ótimo p descansar."

"Depois de 6 anos, voltei a me hospedar no Class Hotel para a Expoagro e confirmei que a qualidade continua a mesma: ótimo atendimento, quartos em bom estado de conservação. Único problema é que em dias de muito movimento, em horários de saída para an Expo, pode faltar água quente. Mas com certeza retornarei nos próximos anos!"
