The staff were nearly shouting to each other in the hallways during cleaning hours. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. The bathroom fan was really loud and the bathroom entrance was right in front of the beds, nuking the whole concept of a 'suite'. And there is no airport shuttle!"
