" My partner and I could not recommend this hotel enough! It is beautifully decorated,perfectly located and have a great staff. The moment we stepped into the beautifully decorated reception, we were met by Sebastian who was very friendly.He told us everything we needed for our stay, gave us a glass of fizz whilst he dealt with the paperwork. Without prompting,he arranged for us to have a packed breakfast for our early departure delivered to our room the night before!! They made a massive effort to know our itinerary before we had even arrived. We later met Tatyana who works in the bar/restaurant.Believe me, we tried cocktails at several places and turns out we just needed to go down stairs for the best from Tatyana.They have a rooftop pool which was on the 4th floor where we could even order our cocktails and get them brought up to the pool area whilst we sat in the cool water admiring the beautiful view.Absolute bliss!! The next day we met Lenka who worked at reception. She helped us with a couple of minor queries and once again she could not have gone anymore out of her way to make us happy. My partners birthday was during our stay and they surprised us with a bottle of fizz,chocolate and a lovely note which was left in our room.We really appreciated it. To sum up, if you want a beautifully decorated hotel, with wonderful staff that give a personal touch,good food and delicious cocktails,this hotel is where you need to go. Thank you for making our stay so special."

"Beds made every day, very friendly staff, lovely place with a great location. The only downside was in the new rooms, the bathroom is not separate so no privacy. We were invited to move the following day when discussed, however, we decided to make do. All in all, great place to stay "
