"A very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet, there's a huge shopping center just outside. The S-Bahn is only a 10min walk and then it's only another 10min for Düsseldorf central station so it's really close. The room was big and modern, it had everything you might need for your stay, the kitchen had stuff for cooking too and the fridge was spacious! Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Düsseldorf. "

Tout de même quelques points négatifs : - aucun mail à 24h de l’arrivée malgré nos tentatives via la plateforme Expédia et directement à l’hôte. "Checked in ( very strict bout the 3pm slot) asked for passport as id but then proceeded to request a form is completed with one question being passport number which they had just seen ( ermm couldnt they have typed that in) . Not sure why extra info required as assume this would have been sent by expedia but who knows. Located by the main station so cant have window open at night for noise but couldnt get the AC to come on instead. Good breakfast and clean rooms. Would i recommend - probably. Would i return - no but this is to dusseldorf not specifically PI."

"The hotel was conveniently located in Little Tokyo and a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the Altstadt. Nearby bakeries were a great find as the hotel breakfast was overpriced at 27 Euros. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Rooms did not have shampoo or conditioner, staples in any hotel. No mini fridge either, however there was an abundant supply of bottled water. "

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was very small and had no amenities. There was only 1 chair to sit on. There was not desk or workspace. They brought in a round table on our last day, which there was no room for. There was barely enough room for 2 suitcases which had to be on the ground. They did have a place to put a suitcase, but it was the only area to use. The nightstand was a metal stool with a hole in it. The only shelf space was a 3 inch shelf under the TV and a ledge in the bathroom. Definitely not meant for 2 people. "
