"Everything was great, except, as a customer that has stayed there 4 times in the past 2 years, I’m concerned about the fact that as a customer that needs an accessible room, they always put me in the back of the property, which is quite a walk to the front desk, breakfast facilities and restaurant. It is odd that they make those that have physical limitations stay the furthest from their amenities."

"Arlene was great at the desk, room was large and comfortable. Great place for a dog with lots of open area around the motel. Perkins restaurant was right next door with a10% off coupon. "

"I would give this hotel - 50 stars! Cigarettes outside the door and on the windowsill, food droppings in the refrigerator, the sheets on both beds had stains and hair on them and the top comforters had clothing sticker and dried food on them ( I dont think they EVER wash them!) The bathroom fan didnt work , had a busted tile floor and a extremely moldy shower curtain with rust in the tub and a hole where the drain stopper would go . The window did not latch so anyone could come in while you are sleeping! The carpet in the room was pieced together remnents. When i went to the front desk to get my money back they wouldnt answer. I called them, they wouldnt answer. We stayed at the super 8 motel - way better! Tops hotel refunded my money after i called my bank to dispute it. I have pictures and if i could post them i would, totally DISCUSTING!"

"Did not seem safe. We did not stay. People were arguing in the employee housing unit. It was escalating. Was not at all as advertised. Said it was in Eden but was actually on the freeway 15 miles away."
