"The heating was not controlled in each room. It was controlled by the management. It might be the same for the air conditioning too. The room became unbearably hot. We opened a window. I asked them to turn down the heat at about 9:30 pm. He said that he would turn down everybody’s heat in a few minutes, but until then we could keep our windows open. It eventually became tolerable by about 11 pm. The room was fine in terms of cleanliness etc. for the low price we paid and the convenience of location to our event and that we could park directly in front of our room and move our luggage etc. directly into the room’s own door. The big problem was all the noise and loud onerous talking banging and crashing sounds until 4 am especially from the family next door. Plus others. I don’t know if they were permanent residents there (room D?) or not. But we didn’t contact management about it because we were hoping they’d stop eventually. Even with earplugs in, they were loud. Only got about two hours sleep. "

"This place was dirty the fridge, microwave, the sheets dirty and bathtub and hardly gave me any toilet paper after 9 nobody around to ask for anything room was cold not enough blankets and they said on the booking free breakfast was no more breakfast their offering for the money I paid very disappointed ."

"Overall we had an excellent stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Very friendly front desk staff and breakfast staff. Our only complaint was the lifeguard at the pool was very rude and grumpy with all the children. Looked like he didn't want to be at his job."

"Mine was an one night stay before continuing my journey further west. The hotel was easy to find, with plenty of parking spaces. My room was spacious and clean. The shower in the morning was great, plenty of hot water though took a while to come through. I was surprised how good the included breakfast was, having expected continental, but cooked food such as scrambled egg and sausage was also available. I would certainly stay here again."
