You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. "Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare."
