"Check In was handled by Ally who was great. Boone helped organise transport to the airport . Sullys was a little hit and miss. We ate there 3 times, on one occasion we were asked to move 3 different times! Lots of new young staff.The pool on the 13th level is small and not easy to get in or out of ( no hand rails)"

"It was just what I needed when I had to stay over close to the airport between flights. Beautiful clean room with complimentary hot drinks and a well stocked fridge with cold drinks etc. Had a delicious meal at the restaurant too. Had to leave at 5am and the receptionist prearranged a taxi for me as there shuttle service starts a bit later. Thank you!"

"The property location is great—on the beach with several little cafes and eating spots on site. The apartment was clean and pleasant. Two smallish issues: One, nearly impossible to open the verandah sliding doors. Seriously hard! Some spray silicone would really help! Second, better instructions for Sunday arrivals. Reception closes at noon and check in is at 2pm."
