"So dirty didn’t eat breakfast. Room had so many things wrong from stains on pillow cases and sheets to not having lightbulbs. Pool was FILTHY when you walk in you don’t even smell chlorine so that should tell you right there that it was nasty. You could literally see the dirt and debris floating around in the pool we immediately walked out. "

"The hotel was as clean and fresh as ever! The only thing bad was our room this time had a trickle shower…no one to tell about it on the way out, just a drop key bin. Frustrating but first time out of 4, so not too bad. Staff is always amazing."

"We were only going to be in the Raleigh area for 1 night & chose this hotel because it had very good reviews (especially compared to other hotels @ similar prices in the area). It looked like it was actually built in the last few years, so everything was new & it wasn’t run down like many others I had looked at. The staff (both that we interacted with) were very nice & very helpful. The beds were comfortable. They full kitchen was a bonus. And there was a tv with apps already available making it easy to find a movie to watch before bed. They put a soft brown blanket, folded at the foot of the bed which was amazing. That was actually all I used to sleep that night. I wish more hotels had those. All I’d suggest is maybe cleaning better after the guests. We found a Wellbutrin pill on the floor by the bed & leftover food in the freezer. Not a huge deal. Also the WiFi wasn’t the best. It worked ok for the tv, but our iPhones kept buffering. They also said the internet was having such a problem when we went to check out, that the system was down & they couldn’t technically check us out when we left, but it didn’t cause any issues. Overall it was a great, good priced place to stay, that was clean & comfortable, with very nice & helpful staff at the front desk. Would definitely recommend. Would stay again!"

"There was hair in entire room. On the bathroom counter, floor, even shower. Used q-tip on the bathroom floor. Really disappointing, the front desk staff was really nice. "

"The property was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, there was group of unruly guest. Being obnoxious and inconsiderate. Yelling and talking til 3am. I called the front desk numerous times and it was to no avail. The noise continued, i found a number another agent and Instead of fixing the problem he suggested that I leave the hotel with my elderly mom at 2am. It was quite and experience, especially after having a late flight and getting to the room late. We didnt rest at all that night. Subsequent nights were better, but we were not told that there was a list to clean the room. Evidently we missed our day and no one clean our room, took out the trash or changed the sheets. It was really terrible experience. The only that saved it was the friendly staff and the fact that waffle house was next store. Also, the pool lookwd gross. "
