Our stay was great. The room was updated, clean and spacious. The hotel was very busy with nearby events but noise levels weren’t unreasonable. Ordinary service . Were told for everything need to come down to reception to get things and room service only after 3 night stay . I would say stay off this hotel if you want to enjoy some time
