Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great.

Holiday Inn Express Grand Island - Niagara Falls by IHG
The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure was a bit weak, the soap bottle was empty but the location was very quiet. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s 15 minutes away from the falls if that’s your goal. However, I still enjoyed my stay.

The staff at this hotel are tremendously, friendly and helpful. We loved how they kept the granite façade of the old Genesee bank as part of their remodel.
