Good place to eat your head for a while

Nice people, location and hostel, overall. Things could be updated/cleaned but, great value for the price and I was content in Palermo Soho, there

I liked how nice and safe the neighborhood was plus close to the airport. I wasn’t able to join, but I also really liked that there were activities like yoga and Spanish lessons offered. I wish there was a stronger wifi signal to reach my room and that there was a fan or window to ventilate the bathroom.

Very nice staff. That’s the biggest thing for me is that the staff is very kind and helpful and responsive. This is very much a “hostel experience” where there’s a lot of people coming and going and a hot shower may or may not be possible and the showers have a tendency to puddle. But the facilities are kept clean and the biggest thing in my opinion is how good the staff is.

Would never come back

Not good. I noticed that they had photos of the bathroom for every room... but mine (I think) it didn't. When I arrived... I understood why. The shower is above the toilet bowl (latrine). Yes. So OF COURSE the whole bathroom gets wet and there's no room for anything. Also, knowing that, they could easily put some organization in the bathroom so your stuff wouldn't get wet as well, but no... the only place to put anything is on the sink. So to me, that's not what I expect. There's A LOT of places that are better for the same price that are just 5 minutes further from the airport.

Muito bom!

Localização privilegiada, perto do Jardim Botânico, praça Serrano, metrô de Palermo, Restaurantes (Don Julio e outros consagrados), bem como da Rua principal (Santa Fé), onde é possível obter transporte para vários pontos da Cidade. O atendimento foi ótimo, todos muito atenciosos, ajudaram e muito com as indicações, sugestões e avisos. O Hostel faz parte de uma rede com outros estabelecimentos e a integração entre eles é muito bem manejada pela Renata e equipe, tornando a estadia perfeita para quem quer se divertir, treinar o espanhol (e possivelmente inglês e outros idiomas), conhecer pessoas de todos os cantos do mundo, praticar atividades em grupo e aproveitar o ambiente coletivo que só um Hostel proporciona. Gostei muito, recomendo e me hospedaria novamente, somente tentaria um quarto com um box maior, pois achei o meu muito pequeno.

Entregou o que prometeu, com exceção ao atendimento rude do atendimento do recepcionista da madrugada de 28 para 29/03, que, além de não me cumprimentar de volta ao ser cumprimentado, ainda falou que eu deveria esperar e/ou guardar minhas coisas no outro hostel que eu me hospedaria no dia seguinte, ao ser questionado se havia depósito para que eu guardasse minha bagagem após o check-out, já que eu teria de mudar de hostel por falta de disponibilidade nesse.

O quarto é bom, confortável e espaçoso, o atendimento foi bom, o hostel tem um bom espaço, fiquei apenas uma noite. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno e vaza água para fora do box o que acaba fazendo inundar o banheiro, saindo água para o quarto.

Muy agradable.

Muy agradable. La única crítica que tengo es que, en lo posible, sería bueno que apuntalaran mejor la mesa de la sala de lectura porque se mueve mucho. El resto muy bueno, excelente acceso a los distintos transportes desde el hostel, además de que está muy bien diseñado para estadías de varios días.

Good enough

The hostel is in a very convenient location, right by Arcos, an outlet shopping mall. It’s not the nicest hostel, it’s not the worst hostel. Somewhere in the middle. Everything is rather outdated, but it serves its purpose.
