"Everything was fine, just keep in mind you are paying for convenience. The rooms are tiny, we didn’t have hot water, and the tv was mostly just static. BUT the employees were super kind and helpful, the room was clean, the free breakfast was decent, and the bar made a pretty good pina colada. So no major complaints, just keep your expectations in check."

"We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan! The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to isla verde beach and less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, tours have this location as a pick up spot making it incredibly convenient. The amenities were fantastic, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a great way to start each morning, with plenty of delicious options. We also ate at the on-site seafood restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. The live music during dinner created a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also has a casino, which was a nice bonus. I wasn’t lucky enough to win, but we still had a great time! Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, excellent service, and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan."
