"The tv in my room had no sound, not muted just couldn’t get sound. Vending machine for drinks didn’t work. The ac in my room only had 2 settings, freezer or off. I know they were having a planned power outage in the morning but the lady at the front desk said they would have breakfast which they did not. Could have put out some bagels or anything really but all they had was an empty pot of coffee. Paid 200 for literally a bed. 0 stars."
