"Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was cordial and accomodating. Room was spacious and very clean. This hotel is located on the Interstate and there is traffic noise outside but very quiet inside. We never heard any traffic noise in the lobby or inside our room. Pool and gym was onsite but we did not use either one. Breakfast was hot and adequate. The area provided lots of seating. There was a store in the lobby with plentiful stock of drinks, snacks, and essentials. They do not take cash there. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in this area of Dallas and I will stay here again when in the area."

"The staff was AMAZING! Super friendly!! Especially the lady who checked me in & out and the man who was in charge of breakfasts during our stay. There were complimentary chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival. How sweet of them was that?! Hotel room was as described and clean. Pillows super soft & fluffy. It was big enough for my family of 7. 2 adults & 5 kids 8 and under. Breakfast was HOT & tasty. I could tell it was made & prepared with love. The only downfall was that Hotels.com states they have cribs, but when I asked the front staff for one I was told they didn't have any. Overall I would most definitely recommed this hotel & stay here again."

"Just FYI they don’t accept ESA as service animals. I have stayed at other hotels and they accepted and waived the fees but not this hotel and the pet fee is high costing 50.00 plus TAX. I couldn’t cancel my reservation because i checked in after 3PM. Breakfast was okay room was clean but bathroom shower leaked into room area. "

"I booked a non smoking, the guy kept telling me that i booked a smoking room so i finally was just like "yeah sure" and got a smoking room. Dude followed us to the parking lot after giving us our key to tell us about the microwave, to check the room, and something else i cant remember. Finally get in the room and get settled, its clean but lord it stinks of cigarettes. Whoever was in the room above us was apparently rearranging the entire room for like 45 minutes straight. That guy finally stops and 1AM rolls around and someone outside is hitting their horn over and over for like 15 minutes. On the up side, if you shift your weight at all in the bed it sounds like a clown horn. That was pretty funny. No bugs or anything from what i could tell. You get what you pay for ig "

"One of the elevators was broken. The pool was under construction. Staff was great though. Breakfast was good. "

"This place was dirty and unsafe. People were in and out slamming doors, yelling in the halls at all hours of the night. 2 or 3 am in the morning people are coming in and out of the building. Leads me to believe that there was prostitution or drugs being sold in that location. The front door was broken so there was homeless people sleeping in the lobby. The front desk was behind thick glass. The staff was rude and acted like they were doing you a favor by waiting on you. I went down to complain one night about the noise and was not able to find someone at the front desk. Horrible unsafe place "

"That girl that’s in the evening I forgot her name totally rude I stay there every weekend and from one weekend to the next supposedly now they accept cash but you can’t use Apple Pay "
