El hotel no es familiar es un hotel usado para fin de semana de adultos cerveza ruido y fumar, no se pudo usar la piscina los niños casi siempre hay borrachos el ambiente es algo pesado para niños

Just terrible..

I was put in a basic room even though I had paid for superior, the shower was barely dripping cold water, not a single person spoke English, WiFi didn’t reach the room, very uncomfortable bed, etc. would not recommend.

Lamentable estadia

No es la Primera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel, sin embargo es la peor estancia que hemos pasado. 1. La cama contaba con un colchón de algodón que es totalmente antihigienico. 2. el baño era con tina y no tenía división o cortina así que después del tomar la ducha el baño estaba totalmente sucio. 3. Tenían daños con el agua caliente así que nos tocó baño con agua fría. 4. Cancelamos la segunda noche ya que no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución. Unfortunately they made so many mistake this time, it is not our first time in this hotel but definitely has beed the worst one, wasn't clean at all, not Hot water because of some problems they have and the receptionist didn't help at all.
