"Have stayed at Hamptons before and have never had this experience. I had dirty wet pillow cases in the chair at the desk. The chair was pushed under the desk so I only saw it when I went to sit in the chair then realized the entire chair was wet and I could not use it at all. I also had some sort of black hair in the bottom of the shower. I went to Walmart and bought cleaner before I used it. Really gross. "

"The hotel was great our second time staying there…the only thing was the pool got messed up our first night there and never got fixed the rest of the stay. The kids were really disappointed they did not get to swim."
