The accommodations were fine. Place could use a few repairs. If you are planning on using the sofa bed you may have trouble sleeping as there are no blinds and the lights outside are on all night night. The host did provide eye masks.

We’ve stayed at a Sweet Inn property before in Paris which we loved so we were looking forward to staying at a Sweet Inn again. Unfortunately, this property was not on par to the Paris property. Pros: Location. Within walking distance to Brussels Central train station, Grand Place, shopping, etc. The beds were comfortable. Cons: The unit was very dark; even with all the lights on and curtains drawn, the unit was very dim. I guess the benefit of keeping it dim is so you can’t see how the unit is in need of upkeep and cleaning. There were dust bunnies rolling on the wood floors. The area rug was stained and dirty. The dining table was sticky. We couldn’t even wipe anything down because the paper towel roll was empty and there were no rolls to be found. The toilet room was very small and smelled like urine. And the toilet paper holder was hanging by its screws and is about to fall off any minute. The paint in all the rooms were very scuffed and chipping. With it great location, this unit could be a gem. But it needs a deep cleaning, a paint job and some refurbishment. Also, they charge 60 Euro cleaning fee and taxes (about 5 Euro) separate from what I already paid Orbitz. I hope they put the cleaning fee to good use and clean the apartment up.

Roomy and clean.
Very large and roomy apt close to the Grand Plas. On a back alley so not the easiest to find but not a big deal for us. (Uber found it with out an issue) Was a bit sparse and could use a more comfortable seating area but.... I'd definitely stay again.

Flat was conveniently located to the Central train station, shopping and food. The flat was dirty when we arrived having not been cleaned after the last traveler even though it was not rented the day before we arrived. After cleaning it was still dirty. Dishes were all dirty and had to be scrubbed before use, walls were dirty and scarred. We had problems with the hot water not working, faucets were loose on the sinks, mildew, bad odors in rooms, sheets with holes, bedroom light was hanging by the ceilings electrical wires. We emailed, called, texted the agent and company but never reached anyone directly. They did show up unannounced that day while we were out and cleaned again, changed sheets and fixed the hot water but never spoke to us. They stuffed our clothes that were left on the bed into corners of the room, and under furniture. I wouldn’t recommend any Sweet Inn rental.

A little disappointed in the quality of the apartment.
Apartment quality and furnishings were not what I expected. Faucets were loose, door lock was partially broken, no soaps or shampoo. Marketing pictures and descriptions show higher quality than I experienced. Bed was comfortable. Location was within walking distance of many Brussels sites and restaurants.

This apartment was not what we had originally requested. We booked a 2 bedroom with a balcony or patio. This apartment only had one bedroom and it had another double bed separated by a curtain in the living room; my mother in law had no privacy. The apartment is well furnished, had everything you needed except a fan. It was extremely hot at night and we had to open the windows but there was noise outside every single night, the whole night making it almost impossible to sleep theough the night. There were people taking loud, music playing, cars driving by, etc. We requested fans but they advised they did not have any. The check-in girls were awesome, fast amd smooth. The local area is good, the apartment is close to everything.

One of the showers had no hot water - there was no water for drinking when I was told There would be water - the one room door did t close - the hotel people will only answer your email up until you check in - then it’s a long wait before they respond- I will not book again with this place

LOVE the apartment
Perfect apartment for our family, lots of space, amenties well suited, close to shops, food etc, Love the place will go back again. Had a washer and dryer was handy during our winter stay. We got lucky and watch the light show going to the Christmas markets. Awesome staff and they waited 90mins as we were late, got lost walking from Brussels Midi, a new experience for us. Book a taxi before you leave if not using the metro etc as they will rip you off.

Home away from home
A very nice apartment in central Brussels. The second bedroom is not enclosed by walls, just a curtain. This was not a problem for us as we were only 2 people, but keep in mind if you are a larger party and want privacy. It was also a little awkward that the toilet was near the entrance, while the showers (2) were in the enclosed bedroom. A small trashcan in this shower bathroom would have been helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with different cooking and serving wares and there was a full-size refrigerator. We did not use the washer/dryer, but it was nice to know it was there.

Charming, but noisy
We stayed in Suite #304: Cons: When we arrived at the apartment, it was yet to be cleaned, so we left to sightsee for a bit while they took care of the apartment. They said it would only take them 30 minutes to clean up the suite, which led me to be concerned about how well everything would really be cleaned - it was left a mess. Upon return, it had been cleaned, but several things were overlooked. There were a pair of dirty socks that were left on the floor in the 1st bedroom. Dust in the corners of the rooms. In the kitchen, none of the coffee items had been replenished, so there was no coffee for us during our stay. The noise that came from the adjacent street was unbearing throughout the night. Whether it was deliveries or trash pickup, we were awoken each night with loud noise from the street. The apartment sits right above/next to a loading dock and the trucks ran at all hours. Pros: Plenty of space for our family to spead out at the end of each day. The separate shower & toilet room made it convenient for everyone to get ready. Having the use of laundry facitilies within the apartment was great. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils to be able to prepare meals. Both beds were comfortable. The apartment is located within walking distance to many wonderful attractions in Brussels. There is a small park at the end of the street, and our daughter loved playing at. Apartment was what we were looking for, but night noise was just too much

Spacious, stylish apartment close to Grand Place
Very stylish apartment in excellent location. Close to Grand Place in a quiet street. In a residential block with a small balcony on the inward facing side, while the outward facing windows are not overlooked at all. The only improvements would have been some towel rails in the large bathroom and more storage in the bedrooms.

It was so great to have a whole apartment to relax in after staying in small hotel rooms while visiting other parts of Europe. The apartment was in a nice central location, very close to the Grand Palace and tons of shopping. Also the host was fantastic and gave us lots of great tips :)

Warm and cosy apartment
Asmae was amazing and patient in arranging our arrival and organizing pickup from Brussels South Station for us. Marcella was waiting at the apartment when we arrived and even let us checkin early which was really appreciated. Overall, the apartment was warm, cosy and nicely decorated. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. P.S. We found out after we booked the apartment that there should be complimentary tablet with an app that provides tips and recommendations for traveling in Brussels, sound system and international converters etc but can't seem to find any of these in the apartment. Not a big deal as my friend and I were prepared, but should probably look into this as others may book and assume these are provided therefore not prepare these themselves.

Spacious apartment for stay in Brussels
A friend and I stayed here mid-November for 5 nights. Pros: - The 2-bedroom apartment is very spacious with two bathrooms (only one toilet, though) - Location is great; shopping around the corner and 10 minute walk from the Grand Place - Cable service had many channels, including a few English-speaking channels. Wifi was secure and fast. - Having a washer was very convenient, even if it took 2 hours to do a small load. - All the furnishings seemed pretty new. - Beds were comfortable. - Good water pressure in the shower. Cons: - Make sure you arrange your meeting time gets communicated properly. My email apparently got lost, so upon arriving in Brussels, we had to stop in a cafe with wifi to get things sorted out. Once we did, it was fine and we were met on time, but I did have a few moments of panic thinking we might be stuck in Brussels in the rain with luggage and nowhere to stay. - Having one key for two people isn't ideal, especially if one of you gets food poisoning and can't go out. The buzzer system is apparently not for the main front door (at least from our apartment). The door its connected to was in an abandoned mall, which my friend checked out and said she didn't feel safe using it. - The curtains in every room are sheer. The courtyard is lit up at night, meaning my friend had to pull the covers over her face to fall asleep. I had a great view into the apartment across the street at night.

Short notice booking. Sweet Inn were active in making contact to arrange welcome at the apartment when we arrived. Apartment is one of many in a large complex - behind a non-descript entrance - a few minutes walk to the north of the Grand Place. Friendly welcome. Apartment was spacious and clean. Wi-Fi and multinational TV channels.

Central apartment.
We checked in to this apartment on Sunday afternoon, unfortunately at 05.30 Monday morning we were woken by some building work opposite. When I phoned Sweet Inn, they found us alternative accommodation in about 1/2 hour, sent a representative and moved us to another apartment [a little further out]. This service was excellent, and I recommend Sweet Inn apartments to anybody who prefers apartments to hotels. Both apartments were well built, very well furnished, comfortable, and very well equipped. The second apartment was very quite, with outside area overlooking a "segrum" roof!

悪夢。到着次第、机の上はザラザラ、床もザラザラ、全く掃除した気配なし。部屋の隅は埃と髪の毛が山積み。食器は使用後で汚れたままの物が戸棚に入っている。不潔過ぎで健康被害を感じたため掃除機をかけようにもフィルター詰まりで赤マークが付いていてフィルターを開けると、髪の毛や埃でフィルター容器が満杯。まず掃除機の掃除から始めた。やっと到着した深夜から大掃除。乾燥機無し。食洗機は故障で一度も使えず。洗濯機は生乾きのタオルが20枚ほど満杯に入っていた。臭くてカビだらけのタオルを出して、洗濯機内の掃除もした。途中30時間程ヒーターとお湯が止まって、お風呂、ヒーター無しの生活。普段より家事をした。最悪過ぎてこの様な悪質な業者を掲載するエクスペディアにも疑問しかない。消費者センターにも海外の事だからと相手にされないだろうが、高額な買い物でもあるため明日電話する。これからブリュッセル行く方、ここだけは絶対避けてください。観光するどころか家事に追われ、風呂無し大掃除に追われるだけです。

위치는 정말 good 그러나 청소 상태가 정말 아니었습니다 또한 이불은 덮고 자기에는 너무 더러웠고 비치된 그릇도 해먹을 수 없을 정도로 심각 했습니다 위치는 정말 조으니 고려 해보셔야 할듯 합니다

Horriable smell in bathroom ,bedding seems hasn’t been change for a long time plus the kitchenware are not able to use since is too dirty

Apartamento cerca del Centro
Este apartamento es ideal para familia, esta totalmente equipado y no se oye ningún ruido del exterior. Cerca del centro, lo que te facilita visitar sin necesidad de coger transporte. Hay varias paradas de metro a escasos 500 metros. Muy acogedor. Recomendable 100%

Appartement très très bien situé ... À 2 pas de la rue neuve et 5 min à Pied de la grande place Trésor bien isolé , propre , contact avec l’agence très facile avec l’application mobile ...

Great Stay!
Things are clean and tidy, staff was friendly. Not all the electrical sockets works and one of the sofa arm was broken.

Location molto comoda
Appartamento molto spazioso con due camere da letto in una location molto centrale (5 minuti a piedi dalla Grande Place). L’appartamento è dotato di un solo wc che per famiglie numerose rimane un po’ scomodo.
