Lovely welcome from reception when checking in, very helpful. Very pleaeed with the facilities and breakfast was fantastic, great selection of food and drink. Very close to Centraal station. Would definitely stay again

Staff were very friendly with good facilities overall. My room was satisfactory level clean. However, it was so unbearably hot and im someone that copes well in heat. No fan or AC and a very small window that opened a couple of inches. Moreover, the noise outside the windor and from people in the corridors did not make for a good night sleep. Good location to the city centre which is well within walking distance.

It was an okay property and the staff were really friendly, but the cleaning could be kicked up a notch and the noise from the bar downstairs was so loud - although granted it didn't go on for that long. For a budget stay, it's pretty okay.

Good for a hostel.
Good location just inside the City centre ring road. Close to the main shopping area and less than10 minute walk to the Centre and the Grand Place. Staff friendly and breakfast exceeded expectations although dining area very busy / crowded. It is a hostel so be prepared to share a table with fellow travellers. Rooms not air conditioned so very hot making sleep difficult in July. Not possible to have window open during night as too much noise from multi storey car park across the road.

Clean and modern, but exceptionally hot, and bar and laundry was cash and coins only. Check in is a strict 3pm because it’s cleaned daily from 11-3!!! Our room was boiling even when it was 18°C outside, no air con

Pros: great value, convenient location, includes breakfast. Cons: The comfort level and amenities vary greatly between beds, even in the same room. Some beds have no lockers or other storage and look like an afterthought. Others have so little headspace above them that even sitting up in bed is impossible. Additionally, the USB charger sockets above my bed did not work, and the staff was unable to provide something as simple as a splitter, despite repeated requests.

Great location, basically everything is walking distance, fair price, a basic breakfast is included, from 11am to 3pm for cleaning reasons you can't access the rooms, so it's a great option for those who just wanna a place to sleep by night, the beds from shared rooms hasn't any privacy as a curtain, on the side of the beds there are only teo usb ports, kind bad considering the fact that most of devices now a days come with USB-c cables and if you bring other devices there is no power connectors on the side of the beds. They have lockers but only outside of the room.

Nice little stay
I had a really nice time staying, the 3 people rooms are a good size and the toilet/shower are separated. It's a little annoying that the sink is with the shower as you can't really use it if someone is in the shower and none of the USB plugs seemed to work in the room while I stayed. The breakfast was a great start to the day

Description on hotels.com was not accurate. Towels NOT included. At no point was it mentioned that you are not permitted to be in the room between 11-3 unless you pay extra! Would not stay again.

Lots of people running round at night inside and outside making loud noises etc. also breakfast was very basic and it would have been nice to have some fruit. Didn’t help that there was a flood on the ground floor on the last day

Great place
Great customer service. The receptionist checking me in was very patient. I was having a rough trip and was very confused about the checking in process. This is very close to the city center and within walking distance. The area was also quiet.

Great Budget Friendly stay
I had a one day layover in Brussels and needed somewhere affordable to stay. This place perfect and convenient. I stayed in a 3 person room and it included a seperate Toliet and shower room. Nothing negative from me except be sure to bring your own lock if you plan to store anything in the room, they are not provided but available for sale at reception.

What you see is what you get
Modern facilities, nice rooms, just like in the pictures. Don’t expect shower gel, soap, nor a towel. These are available at the reception for very reasonable prices. The breakfast was included, despite it not being mentioned on the Hotels.com. Unfortunately, it seemed like the room was only cleaned superficially. I found a bunch of (already used) chewable tabacco in my shelf.

Mehhh. They give you the room keys if you get there early, they don’t work until 3, even if the room is ready. Which is fine, rules are the rules. Once in the room, it’s pretty barren; more a place that resembles being in a psych ward. No soap at the sink and no soap or any kind in the shower. At all, every hostel I’ve stayed at in the world had soap in it. 100.00 USD for a private room with no soap LOL. But yeah it’s a hostel so...but wouldn’t ever stay there again. The cleaning lady on the floor, was super nice and the young lady who checked us in, was super super sweet and pleasant.

Pleasant for a tradeoff
I enjoy the free breakfast as it was delicious and all you can eat. Furthermore, I had some staff be kind to me at check out and helping me as much as possible. I do find it disappointing that there isn't a locker room in the room and it certainly brings my score down due to it. Further, I felt at check in I was ignored before being serviced. But staff later made up for that

Nice hostel near Brussels Noord Station
This hostel is very nice and quiet. Although the Benelux-style keyboard will drive international visitors crazy, the computer station is nice to use. Breakfast is quite good as well and is professionally served.
