There is just 5 minutes walking distance from Brussels Midi to the hotel but tough walking with luggage due to the uneven stone pathway and terrible surroundings with lots of rubbish and uncertain security. The hotel is comfortable and has spacious room, but without usb plug which is very inconvenient if you have a few electronic device to be charged.

The property itself was perfect, clean and friendly. When we arrived our taxi driver could not get us all the way to the door. He said to be careful it was not a safe area. Walking down the alley way to the hotel felt unsafe. There was construction going on just outside which made it feel less safe. Once inside it was beautiful and safe. I liked the added safety inside with needing to use our room key to use the elevator.

Just outside the property there was construction going on and the area seemed a little rough, but inside felt secure, well taken care of, and staff were friendly.

The hotel was super close to the train station and an easy walk to the grand place and all the restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The room was modern and clean. There is so much construction throughout Brussels, including in front of the hotel.

Hotel is a bright spot in the neighborhood. Dining variety not a priority in this area, the midi train station became our go to for a reasonably priced breakfast and quick shopping trips. Many more small shops closed in the vicinity than I expected as well. Incredible amount of construction going on around the hotel for new tram lines (April ‘24) so street upkeep and trash removal is not a city priority either. All that being said, the location is great for getting on a tram or train and heading up town for your more touristy destinations.

The area around the hotel is undergoing construction, the position is away from the centre and has lots of homeless people sleeping in the rough. Would not recommend staying there for a few years until the area is cleaned up.

Perfect hotel for a weekend in Brussels.
One night stay in this hotel. Perfectly located for exploring the city. Super comfortable hotel, and lovely staff. We arrived about 11:30am and our room was ready for us so was great to be able to drop our bag and get comfortable before our day out exploring! 5 minute walk from the Eurostar terminal as well.

Quality contemporary comfort. "Like new" condition. Large "standard rooms".Tea/coffee facilities. Supply of coffee, tea, sugar, bottled water. Helpful cleaning staff. Helpful staff at the desk. Security kindly took me the railway station at 3:30 in the morning. Secure key system. Even the elevator needs the guest key to start operating. Bar open till very late hours : coffee, drinks, food. I have not tried the Gym.

Wouldn’t recommend it at this time!
Be warned, there is major building works outside. The hotel itself is lovely and staff very helpful, but our stay was completely spoiled with the works outside the front. We were informed it has been ongoing for 3 years and is nowhere near completion. With the work starting at around 4am, and it being right outside the hotel, there is no escaping. The price we paid was not reflective of this disruption, so wouldn’t recommend it.

Convenient to MIDI but looks like a war zone
Last night in Brussels after returning a rental car near the MIDI train station. Only a six minute walk to MIDI, but the area is strewn with construction rubble. Once inside, the hotel was comfortable and in fairly good condition. The staff was helpful and modest food was available at the bar.

The location is great! Close to train station, like 5-10mins walk to midi station to take traiN. Around 20 mins walk to Brussels tourist attraction. The space of the room is great, big enough for three adults to live in.

Unexpected spa
I chose this hotel as it was close to Gare Du Midi ready to catch a train next day. Hotel is modern, good size room. Includes kettle which is often missed in Europe. I knew it had a gym but it also has a small inclusive to guests spa with hamman, sauna and jacuzzi. Gym is typical hotel size. There was some noise carry from other rooms though - I could slightly hear someone's TV over night. It wasn't too bad to be a problem. There is metro works going on outside the hotel which makes it a bit tricky to access and might be a bit uneasy if arriving late

This location was just amazing! I would recommend this location for the fact it was extremely clean-spotless! The bedding, towels and amenities were above as described on the website. For so many more reasons that won’t allow here, I would recommend this to all my friends, Family and fellow Travelers! The Receptionist/Concierge(s), could not have been nicer or any more accommodating to/for us. Always responded quickly & kindly and made us feel we had known them our entire lives. It is centrally located to most all iconic landmarks & sights. The neighborhood was well lit, easily accessible and we felt very secure & safe. Thank you once again for an amazing experience! Tiago was very friendly and informative. Massive construction outside on the street but the hotel was quite and peaceful. Very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Couldn’t ask for more

The area around the hotel is unsafe because there are a number of drug affected people particularly late at night. We had a disrupted sleep because there was a lot of noise whenever the upstairs room used their bathroom facilities. We requested a room change to avoid this noise but reception declined.

European Tour.
Don't be put off by exterior and building works outside. Inside hotel is lovely, clean and staff very friendly. It was ok for our 2 night stop over. Try not to get rooms at front of property otherwise you'll be woken at 6.30am by the workmen!!
