Great Place in Central Location

This place was an absolute delight. Location was stellar and the place was clean and modern. The only issue is that there is not front desk, you have to call the number on the reservation to get into the room. Not easy in another country. Overall it was a great deal!

Fabulous location for visiting Brussels

This is not a hotel but an apartment. So no front desk or breakfast. The location can’t be beat. It’s located in the pedestrian only historic district. It’s a block away from the cool bars and restaurants and a few blocks from the Grand Place. It’s a bit pricey but good for 3+ people.

Fairy Tale Room

Fairy Tale Room and room is clean and nice guest service. Great location easy to city centre on foot, and near a supermarket, make up shop and shopping mall. But no elevator and I think the stair a little bit tiny. Overall, it is a amazing house.

Ainda estou hospedada, mas deixo aqui minha indignaçao quanto as comodidades oferecidas. Comodidades? Me deram um quarto onde tenho que subir váaaarios lances de escada minuscula e com malas. O wi-fi é pessimo! O banho então... O chuveiro está com problema, não alternando o chuveiro com a ducha, conclusão, a água sai em pouca quantidade pelos dois. Se não bastasse, só pode tomar banho por 4 minutos, pois a água quente acaba, tendo que esperar por 2 horas para que o outro tome banho por mais 4 min. Somos um casal!!! Reclamamos com o David, nosso contato e, essa foi a informação passada. Pedimos a troca de apto, mas não estavam disponíveis. Conclusão: O que podemos fazer???? Nada!!!!!!!! Temos que ficar por e 4 dias em um local em que a TV, wi-fi e o chuveiro não funcionam como deveriam e, se quiser tomar um banho decente, que esperemos a próxima estadia. Está correto? Pra mim é propaganda enganosa. Eu fiz a minha parte, já paguei, o mínimo que eu espero é que a contrapartida seja feita.

O apartamento é excelente. Ótimos eletrodomésticos, tudo funcionando a contento. O apartamento estava bem limpo e bem mantido. A localização é perfeita: bem no centro turístico de Bruxelas. O staff é maravilhoso - o Philippe é um lord e estava sempre disponível. Se eu for obrigado a fazer uma crítica, direi apenas que falta aquecimento no corredor (tem em todos os quartos) - aí, sair do banho é um pequeno desconforto. Mas é imaterial e nós adoramos.

It’s weird to book on hotels.com and end up in an AirBNB style room. This was a studio apartment in the Grande Place, which was great, but we had planned on staying at something more hotel-like. Still, a very nice place in a great location, just didn’t know what I was getting into when I booked.

Bien comunicado, pero.....

Los apartamentos están muy bien situados a un paso de la Grand Place. Se entra por unas galerias que pasaron su época dorada hace décadas. Los propietarios (en nuestro caso su sobrino) son muy amables y serviciales. Esta es la parte buena, ahora voy a hablar de la mala. Cuando llegamos hacía un calor dentro del apartamento infernal, y el calor no se iba ni con todas las ventanas abiertas. había dos ventiladores que lo único que hacían era remover el aire caliente. ese calor nos acompaño hasta que nos fuimos. A esto hay que añadir que nuestra habitación daba a Rue de la Fourche, que es una calle de bares y la marcha los días que estuvimos acababa entre semana a las tres o cuatro y el fin de semana entre ocho y nueve de la mañana, por lo que ni locos podíamos abrir las ventanas por la noche. Conclusión: IMPOSIBLE descansar. En resumidas cuentas, si lo que buscas es ubicación a toda costa estos son tus apartamentos, pero asegúrate de que no den a Rue de Fourche.

A lovely stay in the citycenter of Brussels. Everything was close, restaurants, shopping and public transports. A cosy room with a small kitchen and IKEA furnitures. The check-in was smooth, just a phonecall and in a few minutes the landlord arrived. I recommend it.

Check In difficult; Staircase impossible

The address in Expedia was incorrect. I had to navigate through a shopping area before finally arriving at the entrance of the building. The staircase to the room is narrow and winding. I had a large and heavy suitcase. It was nearly impossible to get my luggage to my room, which was on the top floor. Once I was in the room, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I was also woken in the middle of the night by a group of partying drunk folks in the alley way.

Clean, basic apartment in centre of Brussels

Overall happy with our stay. This is NOT a hotel though, it is an apartment in a block behind a very dingy shopping centre - some of the apartments are in this shopping centre. The room itself was nice, good bed and sofa, table with 4 chairs and a kitchen with all the equipment you might need for a short stay. The toilet and bathroom are clean but in need of updating and some nice toiletries and fluffy towels would make a big difference, as would a few extra pillows. No view, just looks out onto windows of adjoining block, but only a couple of minutes walk from Grand Place. If you want a decent base for exploring the old city of Brussels, the location is great and as long as you aren’t expecting frills or luxury, this is decent accommodation. You can’t tell when booking (on this site) which apartment you are getting, so might be worth checking as I would not have been happy to stay inside the dodgy, dirty shopping centre.

Great little find

This is an apartment rather than a hotel. Which was perfect for two of us and a 4 yr old. Loads of space, clean and tidy with the ability to self cater if you so wish.
