"The hotel was conveniently situated close to the main train and tram station so access to the city and beyond was easy. The staff were more than helpful and very patient with some of the requests my party were asking. The room was warm clean and spacious maybe if i had one criticism it would be the lack of draw space for your smaller clothes. The breakfast was a display of continental foods at its best and always as a plate became empty it was replaced by a fresh plate of food. All in all a great week spent in a delightful friendly hotel more like home than home."

You can opt out of having the room cleaned each day in return for drinks vouchers at the bar, which we chose to do, but even then they make your bed and fill your amenities each day. The bar in the hotel is also great, with a relaxed vibe and a great range of drinks; including cocktails. If you’re looking for modern luxury in the heart of Vienna, with great views, immaculate rooms and well within reach of all the best things to do in Vienna - this is the place for you. We will be back !!!"
