We were here for 3 nights but could have happily stayed for 3 weeks!!! The host was wonderful, attentive yet discreet and a great communicator for both the practicalities of check in, and the finer details like restaurant recommendations and a wonderful local breakfast, we certainly ate well & Fabio was a wonderful host. The room itself was also fabulous - really well thought out, everything you could possibly need, from a fridge and wine glasses to excellent aircon and a lovely bathroom. Well...

Beautiful hotel tucked away in the Tuscan hills. Very peaceful and beautifully taken care of. The rooms are huge and beautiful.

What a wonderful find. The hotel is just 4 rooms, beautifully and carefully designed with a lot of attention to detail. Rooms are large, fantastic powerful shower and amazing mattress! Best sleep I'd had in months! Sara and Michele bought the historic building after years of experience in 5 start hotels, so you get 5 start care and attention in a beautifully designed boutique hotel. You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about making your stay as comfortable as possible....

Utterly incredible stay, beautiful building and beautiful surroundings, I became ill during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Every member of staff was so lovely and friendly. Would visit again in a heartbeat!

Excellent hotel, one of our favourites with Tuscany. Very warm and welcoming team, incredibly high standard restaurant. Amenities were wonderful, would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left was excellent, the staff, the room, Breakfast, and pool were all very good, we reserved a table with them in the evening of which was also a lovely experience, on the whole its a lovely and most relaxing place to be. we definitely will return.

Excellent service, ideal location

Lovely room with a beautiful view over the magnificent Tuscan countryside. Entry to the property and room very straightforward and excellent communication with the hosts. If you are travelling by car 2 parking options are offered but one is much nearer the property than the other! Also, you will need to drop luggage off at the property first as there are a lot of steps from the parking. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

A lovely little hotel with wonderful staff. A short walk to Montalcino where there are a good few nice places to eat.

Very friendly, professional and welcoming. Beautifully quaint building with ‘stunning’ views. Breakfast basic but perfectly adequate with selection of meats, cheese, small cakes, yogurt etc, with freshly made coffee. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We spent 4 days at the Castelli di Velona. Our room (a suite in the old part of the hotel) was perfect - a good size bedroom and sitting room and well equipped bathroom - all done in a traditional style in keeping with the castle. The pool area was also excellent. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to the gym (too small to really call a gym - only two pieces of equipment) and the lack of any tea / coffee facilities in the room. Albergo Giardino is in an ideal location, with a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops close by. It is clean, comfortable and in the heart of a thriving community. Owner Nida was lovely and keen to ensure a pleasant stay. Would recommend.
