A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

A quiet room and nice staff.

Easy access to beach and pier. Plenty of on-site parking and staff were very helpful and efficient. Will stay again.

Great position, overlooking Poole Bay. Restaurant was of a high standard, and very polite and efficient staff. Quiet, relaxing stay, well run, nothing was too much trouble, found reception, hotel and restaurant staff very friendly.

Stunning views from the garden

We stayed in the Cottage room with Garden view. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are very big and very cleaned. View from the room was beautiful. Location of this Hotel is perfect everything is within walking distance hence it was easy for us to explore the town.

Friendly hotel and restaurant in a beautiful location by the river Stour and. nature reserves - ducks, swans, herons ... Served by hourly bus direct from Poole, or use the very frequent services to Kinson and walk 11-15 minutes across the nature reserve

We requested a change of room because there was no shower in the one offered. they were immediately pleased to do so. Staff were all very pleasant all the time we were there.

Room was very clean and the sea view was wonderful. Good to have a great selection of hot drinks in the room as well as toiletries. The spa was also very nice to be able to use. All staff were very friendly.

Was upgraded to a ocean view room for free by the lovely Akshay, he and other staff were brillant looking after us so many thanks too them. Hotel close to the beach so couldn't ask for more, Hotel was nice and clean, Breakfast was brillant too as had Gluten free options. Only negativity i think price is bit steep for a night compare to other hotels but would i stay again in the same hotel again ? Off course 👍

Service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside. We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant.
