Anne was a gracious and warm host that made us feel comfortable immediately and had suggestions what to do in the area. The food was outstanding. "We used Le Mas des Boires as a home base for a family wedding (service in Saint-Jean-de-Côle, reception at Chateau des Boires). The property was beautiful with a wonderful outdoor garden, refreshing pool (although smaller than the picture), and well-appointed stately rooms with private bathrooms (we had two large side-by-side rooms with balconies that overlooked the property. We loved the historic charm of the building - huge manger in the dining room; stone walls, exposed wood beams, etc....

"Wonderful hotel in the quiet countryside. Situated away from any other large towns this is the ideal peaceful getaway. The food was excellent and the staff was wonderful highly recommended."

"The setting is beautiful and unique. The accomodations were very nice. Our room in particular was quaint and reflective of the natural surroundings. We did have an issue with our shower but the staff were very helpful and apologetic. We ate at the onsite restaurant. The food was (maybe not Michelin Star worthy but) very good and the service was excellent. All in I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable and interesting stop in their travels."
