Plus jamais un ibis budget Merci!
Etape repos pour un long voyage. Accueil limite. Facture ne correspondant pas à ce qui a été payé. Chambre sentant horriblement la fumée (pour un hôtel non fumeur c’est un comble). Poussière et moutons partout dans la chambre et moisissures dans la douche. Impossible de dormir avec yeux qui piquent, gorge qui gratte et éternuements…nous avons écourté notre nuit.

réservation via Expedia : Mon code d'accès pour l'ouverture automatique ne fonctionnait pas (plusieurs tentatives) et l'accueil était fermé... heureusement il y avait une personne pour nous dépanner. Au niveau de la chambre, c'est propre et ça a été refait récemment SAUF la douche qui mériterait un lifting (au moins les joints) ! et l’abattant des toilettes ne tenait pas, pareil, juste un petit détail à régler bien utile... Le personnel est très gentil ! autant à l’accueil que pour le ménage.
